Lauren Feingold

My name is Lauren Feingold. This mission is close to my heart. You see I am an adoptive mother of twin girls. My husband and I adopted our daughters in October of 2002 from Vladivostok, Russia. While in Russia, I was able to visit and spend time in the orphanage where my daughters lived for seven months. I also saw many of the other orphans waiting for homes. My own adoption experience, as well as my awareness of the millions of orphans that are waiting has inspired me to help other parents make their adoption dreams come true. Since I have been through the adoption process myself, I know every aspect of the process from an adoptive parent’s point of view. Thus, I can assist you through every aspect of the adoption journey. Besides being an adoptive parent, I am also a licensed member of the Florida Bar so I am able to council you on all the legal aspects of the adoption process.

Debra Burger

My name is Debra Burger and I am the mother of two children. My love for children inspired me to become a teacher. It is through my work that I have come in contact with many adoptive families whose lives have become enriched by opening their hearts and homes. I have gained the insight that enables me to help families through the post adoption process, including bonding and attachment.

Pam Figoras

My name is Pam Figoras, I have been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) working with families and children for 14 years. I currently specialize in the area of adoption. I work with families hoping to adopt as well as birth mothers who wish to place their children for adoption. In addition to my professional training and credentials, I am also an adoptive parent as well as an adoptee, which adds to my understanding and sensitivity to families who wish to adopt. I know firsthand the emotional, financial and logistical challenges families may encounter before and during the adoption process. I also understand what challenges an adoptive family, birth parents and child may face in the months and years following an adoption.
